MISCELLANEOUS (Questions I couldn’t think of a category for!!)

Are there any other special days you like to celebrate during the next six months? Christmas, Thanksgiving, my birthday

Do you like/use post-it-notes, note cards, bookmarks? Yes, I love all of these.

Do you like stationary or note cards? I love both

Do you like magnets? Of course and would enjoy one from your state

Would you like to get homecrafted items? Like wall hangings, afghans, shawls, pot holders and such? Would love something homemade, afghans, shawls, hat, mittens.

Do you belong to the Red Hat?? No

What is your favorite season? Fall Love the changing colors of the leaves

Do you save coupons? (Any specific ones?) Yes, paper products, oxyclean coupons. I use instead of bleach

Favorite animal? Dogs, I live in an apartment so no pets. I am also allergic to cats.

What stores do you enjoy shopping at for other than groceries? You know, for things that you enjoy. Walmart, Michaels Craft for their Dollar area, Dollar Store, Ebay for my printer cartridges

What about on-line shopping? Ebay. Amazon.com , Woman Within

Not everyone likes to get "religious" cards. It does not mean that they are not believers or have faith but some just prefer not to receive these cards. Please let us know your preference. I am a Christian so no problem here. Also like Christian bookmarks.

Would you like something that your SS state is known for? Of course

Is there something you can't get in your area that you would like your SS to get for you? I have problems finding honey roasted cashews and honey roasted peanuts

Are there any other special days you like to celebrate during the next six months? I like to celebrate almost any holiday. If there isn’t a reason to celebrate I will make one up. Love to decorate both inside and out

Do you like/use post-it-notes, note cards, bookmarks? Love Post a notes. Don’t use note cards much but I do use bookmarks

Do you like stationary or note cards? Don’t really use much

Do you like magnets? Don’t use much

Would you like to get homecrafted items? Like wall hangings, afghans, shawls, pot holders and such? LOVE handcrafted items. It is always so special to me when someone has spend their time and energy making something so special for me.

Do you belong to the Red Hat?? Yes

What is your favorite season? What ever season I am in at the time

Do you save coupons? (Any specific ones?) I save them and then forget to use them. I like the restaurant coupons and use them all the time

Favorite animal? No favorite

What stores do you enjoy shopping at for other than groceries? You know, for things that you enjoy. Where ever I can find deal and sales. Bed Bath & Beyond, Stein Mart, Kohls, Marshals, TJ Mack, Michaels, JoAnna to name a few.

What about on-line shopping? Rarely unless it is something I have trouble finding. I do shop on eBay at times.

I come from a big family and I love to bake, especially at holiday time and love to make/send homemade goods.

I'm new to SS, so anything I receive from my SS will be a wonderful surprise!

Do you like/use post-it-notes, note cards, bookmarks? Yes, I love them! Always great!

Do you like stationary or note cards? Yes, great too! I especially like the 4x6 size so I can send a picture to my mom or something like that.

Do you like magnets? Yes, I try to get one from each place that I visit. My boys love to play with them too.

Would you like to get homecrafted items? Like wall hangings, afghans, shawls, pot holders and such? Sure! I don't have a lot of wall space and don't really wear shawls much. I have homemade scarves from my aunt. I love afghans, potholders, anything.

Do you belong to the Red Hat?? Nope.

What is your favorite season? Probably Christmas! I like to start decorating right before Thanksgiving. It takes awhile to pull everything out and to decorate. Plus we head out of town for Christmas so I like to have it up long enough to enjoy it! We also enjoy Halloween. My 4-year old loves to put on a costume, to see all of the decor, etc.

Do you save coupons? (Any specific ones?) Yes, diapers! Baby wipes! Any frozen/TV dinners, quick snacks, etc.

Favorite animal? Dog. I love my dogs! I also love horses.

What stores do you enjoy shopping at for other than groceries? You know, for things that you enjoy. Bookstores. Goodwill. Yard sales. Hobby Lobby, Michaels or Scrapbook stores.

What about on-line shopping? Don't use very often, sometimes amazon or ebay.

What is something that you would like that you can't make? Oh there's probably something but I can't think of anything right now!

Is there anything else you want your secret sister to know about you? I am tired of moving so much! We just moved in April and I'm mainly the one who packs/unpacks/sets up house. We've moved so much in last few years that I'm burned out. And, we're supposed to move perhaps as early as next summer (2010). That should be it! I just want to be able to enjoy my time with my husband and family without having to always pack/unpack. Keeping up with daily life is hard enough! I love my boys. They are my joy, joy, joy! I enjoy my time to scrapbook and pull out their photos and put them into albums. I love this! I love dancing--clogging, irish & ballroom. I also love writing. I've won some short story contests and I would love to write a book soon. Of course time is always an issue but I'm trying. My family means a lot to me. I go home to see my mom (2-3 times a year).

Not really……… I love local spices and mixes etc

I can’t make much along the lines of crafts, so anything at all would be enjoyable to me.

I will APPRECIATE and enjoy anything sent including and especially cards and notes that just show up in the mailbox at the end of a long day at work.

Are there any other special days you like to celebrate during the next six months? My birthday and anniversary hit fast--anniversary is July 6 (13th year!) and my birthday is July 8. Husband's BD is October 13, Son's is December 12. My first day back to work is August 31 ( I am a teacher) The first day of school with students is September 10.
