    Apple Spice Cake

    1 can apple pie filling
1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1 spice cake mix
    1 can cream cheese frosting

Combine butter, brown sugar, and apple pie filling. Spray 9 x 13 pan with nonstick coating spray. Put apple layer in the bottom of the pan. Mix the spice cake according to package directions. Put batter on top of apple pie layer. Bake at 350 for approximately 35-40 minutes or until tests done. Cool. Spread with cream cheese frosting (or you can make your own). This is wonderful. My niece made it yesterday.

This one I haven't tried, but know I will love it, so I will just take it on faith being as it comes from Maddymoo and I love coconut macaroons. I will try it just as soon as I get some of this weight off (LOL). Sounds "to die for".
