Just make applesauce the way you always do, but add some of the cinnamon candies.
If you are using a slow cooker, add only the minimum amount of water or applejuice called for. Don't put any sugar in until the end when you can taste it to see how much sweetness the candies added and if you want it any sweeter. Add the sugar while the applesauce is still hot, so the sugar dissolves.
