I tried the recipe from Quick Cooking Collectors Edition. Huge failure. Not enough dressing for whole pkg of coleslaw. Ramen seasoning congeals in heated oil. Turns into solid lumps. Needs to be mixed into cold oil. Eight guests ate mostly plain, undressed coleslaw. Found much better recipe next day and was able to doctor left over coleslaw. Too late for guests though. Anybody else had this problem?
