    RE: Weight Watchers Receipes

My WW meeting just started a "Traveling Cookbook". Each week someone will take the cookbook home and try a recipe. Then they have to come back and review it for everyone. I was the first to take it home. this week, I have made 6 recipes from the "Meals in Minutes" book.
4 of the recipes were wonderful! 2 were awful.
If you get the book, start with Roast Pork with Herb Crust (4 pts. per serving), Chicken Pepper Steak with Hash Browns (6 pts.), Turkey and Spinach Lasagna Rolls (6 pts.), and SouthWestern Ham, Cheese and Potato Casserole (4 pts.)
Stay away from the Crunchy Zuchinni Sticks, and the Eclairs.

If you don't have access to the book, let me know and I'll start typing.

I used to be a WW receptionist but lost interest & gained it all back. Now between Curves & the WW program I've re-lost 21 pounds & 21.5 inches. I feel like a new person! I have lots of recipes too if there is something specific you're looking for give a shout! This isn't an "official" Weight Watchers recipe but it is delicious & 1 points!

    Cauliflower Popcorn
Break 1 head cauliflower into small florets; rinse & drain. Toss & Spray with olive oil flavored pam, spinkle with seasoning (Mrs. Dash table blend is good or Tony's; or even salt & peper). Spread on cookie sheet & bake @ 450 for 1 hour. Make alot because you won't be able to leave it alone! Enjoy :)
