Lemon/Blueberry Sauce

1 (10 ounce) package frozen blueberries
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Combine blueberries, pineapple juice, water, sugar, cornstarch, salt and lemon peel in 1-qt. saucepan. Cook, stirring, over medium heat until sauce thickens. Cool slightly; stir in lemon juice. Chill.
