Chicken Pizzaule - Serves 6
10 pieces chicken - legs, thighs, breasts
6 large potatoes - sliced half inch thick
2 cans whole tomatoes - crush with hand when adding.
4 garlic cloves - minced
fresh parsley
grated cheese
2 cups water (add more if needed while it cooks)
Put chicken and potatoes in baking pan. Top with tomatoes, minced garlic, parsley, grated cheese, salt and pepper. Add 2 cups water. Bake at 375 until tender. Tomatoes should be a little burnt. Check it off and on. Add water if needed. The juice is the best part. Substitute pork chops for Pork Chops Pizzaule. Try substituting peas and onions instead of the tomatoes also.
