I just wanted to share a good meat glaze recipe I came up with tonite. Mix 3 tblsp orange marmalade, 1 tblsp prepared mustard, a pinch of brown sugar, 3 tblsp soy sauce, and the juice of a small orange. Mix it well. I used it to glaze a pork tenderloin about 20 minutes befor it finished cooking. It was a huge hit! {And my family is pretty finicky) Anyway, I just had to share!
