    Nacho Casserole

    Nacho Casserole


    1 lb Ground Beef,
    1 jar (120z) chunky salsa,
    1 cup frozen sweet corn, thawed and drained,
    3/4 cup Miracle whip or Miracle whip light dressing,
    1Tbs chili powder,
    2 cups crushed tortilla chips,
    2 cups (8oz) Kraft Natural Shredded Colby/Monterey Jack cheese.

    Heat oven to 350F.

    Brown meat and drain. Stir in salsa, corn, dressing and chili powder.

    Layer 1/2 each of meat mixture,chips, and cheese in a 2 quart casserole dish.

    Repeat layers.

    Bake for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

    Top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomato if desired

    What if I absolutely hate Miracle Whip??

    I mean otherwise this looks really interesting.

    I don't like Miracle Whip either but I've eaten it in other recipes and didn't notice, so I'll bet you'd be okay.

    You could probably substitute mayo.

    This does sound good.
