    Beef Rib Roast

    This is my first time cooking a beef rib roast, it is preseasoned with herb crust. All the recipes I've seen are for 4-5 lb. roasts. The roast i have is 14 lbs. Do I cook it in the same manner? or do i cut it in half? i dont want it to dry out if it has to cook longer because it is big.

    just extend your cooking time-it will not dry out
