These snowballs are cool, creamy and refreshing, a great not-too-sweet dessert. I made these for teachers and staff last Christmas along with Shortbread logs and fudge and received many requests for the recipe.
These were awful! I threw out my entire first batch. After adding about 3/4 cup of crushed vanilla wafer cookies to my second batch, they had a much better flavor and texture.
