"I start this barbecued pork chop recipe in the morning in the slow cooker and enjoy a tasty supper later without any last-minutes work," notes Jacqueline Jones of Round Lake Breach, Illinois.

My family really enjoyed this recipe. I loved the ease in which it is made.

Great recipe! I browned my chops for a nicer colour before putting them in the crock pot and add quartered, fresh white mushrooms--delicious.

I thought it was too good to be true that you didn't have to brown the chops first... then after I tasted it I wish I had. The pork was very dry and chewy. Also I suspect 8 hours was a little too long. The taste of the sauce was pretty good but I'll probably never make it again.
