    These gooey grilled cheese sandwiches, subtly seasoned with garlic, taste great for lunch with sliced apples. And they're really fast to whip up, too. To save seconds, I soften the cream cheese in the microwave, then blend it with the rest of the ingredients in the same bowl. That makes cleanup a breeze.

    This I’ve made many, many times ~ I mix the filling ahead of time serving is a snap and always a hit, served with Tomato Soup, thank you!

    THE best grilled cheese I have ever had!! Since it's just the two of us, we sometimes freeze the filling and use later as baked potato topping.

    This is a favorite. We add a package of crabmeat when we make them and have them with tomato soup.....mmmm.

    This is so good. Had a get together and served these and everyone loved them.
