    I've had this unique recipe for years. It's always a hit at our house because it combines eggs, bacon, cheese, vegetables and bread all in one pan. I enjoy cooking for my husband of 31 years, two sons, one daughter and two grandsons.

    I made something similar this morning and I diced and cooked my bacon crisp first and then added it to the rest of the ingredients.

    kdlupe - you can always check on the sites that allow you to scale recipes for the serving sizes - like allrecipes dot com.
