Cream filled cupcakes with ganache icing is a must. You can find them on TOH's website. Use any flavor cake mix. I prefer chocolate because they taste like Hostess cupcakes. I have used yellow, because my DD is not a chocolate fan. Using a white chocolate ganache would be a wonderful sub.
P.S. I submitted this recipe. I have also made a layer cake using the creme filling in between cake layers and icing with the chocolate ganache. Yum!
