One Dish Mexican Dinner
1 c. chili
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. cooked rice
1 bag fritos,crushed
1 can tamales,cut in pieces
grated cheddar cheese
heat chili with water.
Add cooked rice.
Line bottom of a greased 2 qt casserole with crushed chips.
Top with tamales.
Pour chili over all.
Top with cheese.
Bake 20 minutes at 350.
This is so quick, easy and we loved it.
