While living in Miami in the 1970's I really enjoyed watching Chef Tell segments on PM Magazine. He had a wonderful recipe for spinach salad which I enjoyed making--unfortunately, I can't find it. I remember it had bacon and mushrooms in it and there was bacon drippings in the dressing. I would love to have a copy of it if anyone might have the recipe.
