    Hi, my name is Charlene and found your group.  Can always use some support with healthy living, and nice to have a place to chat and meet knew people on line.  Look forward to the weekly topics and what I can learn.

    Welcome!   Looking foward to getting to know you   :)   New topics start on Mondays, and then we "hang out" in the thread and chat throughout the week.     If there's a topic you'd like to see, give me a shout and I'll see what I can find on it!
