Found it! ISO: Popular BB Mushroom recipe that sautes for a long time...
I have the recipe somewhere and can not find it. They were reviewed over and over and everyone loved them. Possibly cooked in some sort of wine and simmers for a long time - maybe 5 hours or so. I think Lindachicken posted or at least reviewed. Please help me out.... thanks!

BURGUNDY MUSHROOMS
4 lbs. large mushrooms, cleaned and stems trimmed
1 1/2 cups butter
1 quart burgundy wine (any)
2 TBS. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 cups water
3 beef boullion cubes
3 chicken boullion cubes
salt
Stove Top Directions:
Bring water and butter to a boil in large pot. Add remaining ingredients and return to boiling. Reduce to simmer. Simmer COVERED 5-6 hours. .........Remove cover and simmer for an additional 4 hours.
Crockpot directions: ......TIPS
I make these all the time. Often in the crockpot. When I do the crockpot, I bring them to a boil in a stockpot on the stove first. Then I set them in the crock to simmer all day. I too leave the lid on, and then remove it for the last 4 hours or so.
Hi, I did the mushrooms this way. It worked fine, I cooked for 6 hours with the lid, then took the lid off for the remainder. They were great. I did trim the stems but left some on. Everyone loved them and I plan on taking to a party this weekend doing them the same way.
Great Appetizer:
We eat them as an appetizer. I bring them to parties all the time. Even people who don't usually like mushrooms like these!
