    Grilled Corn

    Grilled Corn

4-6 cobs of corn in their husks

6 tbsp of butter at room temperature

2 tbsp of mince fresh flat leaf parsely

    1 clove of garlic, minced

    course salt and pepper

Take corn and strip back the husks, leave the husk attached to the stem end. Remove all the corn silk and fold the husk back over the stalk and tie to make a handle.

Place the butter, parsley and garlic in a mixing bowl and beat until smooth.  When ready to cook, lightly brush each ear of corn with a little of the butter. Arrange corn on the grill such that the husk handles are away from the heat.. Grill until browned all over, about 8 - 12 minutes, turning as needed. Brush with remaing butter and season with salt and pepper.

    Re: Grilled Corn

Best Ever Grilled Corn on the Cob - I don't get an invite to any family or friend bar-b-cue without the request that I be "in charge" of the corn!! Once you've tried this corn I know you'll agree. Grilling brings out the sweetness of the corn along with the smoky kick of the chili powder and bacon. Delicious!!
