I dont know if this is it. but I have made this so many times and everybody loves it. Its from Quick Cooking 1999.
BRownie Delight
1 pkg. brownie mix (13-inch x 0 inch pan size)
2 pkgs. (one 8 ounce, one 3 ounce) cream cheese softened
2 cups confectioners sugar
1 carton ( 16 ounce) whipped topping divided
2 cups cold milk
1 pkg. (3.9 ounce) instant chocolite pudding
1/2 cup chopped pecans ( I dont use this instead I splash on fudge icecream topping)
Prepare and bake brownies according to the package. Cool completely. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar for 2 min. Fold in 2 cups whipping topping. Spread over brownies. In another bowl, combine the milk and pudding mix: beat until smooth. Refrigerate for 5 min. Spread over the cream cheese layer. Spread with the remaining whipped topping: sprinkle with pecans. Refrigerate until serving.
