    raw eggs

    I have a refrigerator dessert that calls for raw eggs in the topping.What can I use instead of the eggs and get the same result.I have to mix the eggs with icing sugar.

     Liquid egg substitute will work.

    Many stores sell pasturized whole eggs.  They cost more, but have been heated in water to kill Salmonella bacteria, then coated to seal the shell.
