Widdle, Snoopychef just sent m an e-mail with a pictur of an Amish puppy mill. She was out on an assignment for her paper, too a wronng turn and found a place to turn around. It happened to be the driveway of an Anmish farm.
She saw the puppy mill and took a picture of what she could see, but she didn't have the telephoto lens with her. She said she would go back and take another one with telephoto ens.
The trouble in Ohio is that the government is under the thumb of the Amish because they bring in tourists. In one county alone (near Zanesville) there were over 400 "Kennels" registered. When she sends a better photo I will try and post it.
I wish people would stop patronizing the Amish just because of all the puppy mills, breeding and selling at special animal auctions exotic animals (from A to Z) and thousands of puppies. It makes me sick that such religious people can be so callous and GREEDY.
