    Sloppy Joes

    5 lbs ground beef
    2 onions, chopped
    5 cloves garlic, minced
1-2 bell peppers, seeded and chopped
    4 cups catsup
    1/4 cup mustard
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 cup vinegar
    2 tbsp chili powder
    Salt and pepper, to taste

Brown ground beef, onions, and garlic. Drain grease. Add remaining ingredients, stirring until well combined. Bring to a boil then reduce heat, cover and simmer for 1 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally; or put in crockpot on low for 4-8 hours. Serves 25.

Shredded BBQ pork sandwiches would also be good and easy.  Just season a large pork roast, pork loin or boston butt with salt, pepper and garlic powder.  Cut in half to fit in pot if necessary.  Halving it will also cook faster.  Put in a crockpot with a cup of water.  Cook on low for 8-10 hours.  Drain liquid, shred meat and add BBQ sauce.
