    Good afternoon all...in need of 2 recipes please

    I copied 2 recipes before, but I ended up copying over them with other stuff. Could you please send me the recipes for Olive Garden Chicken Marcela and Tantalizingly Tangy Meatloaf. Thank you all in advance.

    Tantalizingly Tangy Meatloaf

    INGREDIENTS

    ·     1 pound ground beef

    ·     1/2 cup dry bread crumbs

    ·     1 egg

    ·     garlic powder to taste

    ·     1 dash Worcestershire sauce

    ·     1/3 cup ketchup

    ·     1/4 cup packed brown sugar

    ·     1/4 cup pineapple preserves

    DIRECTIONS

    1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

    2.  In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well, and place into a 9x5 inch loaf pan.

    3.  Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 50 minutes.

    4.  Meanwhile, in a separate medium bowl, stir together the ketchup, brown sugar and pineapple preserves. Pour over the meatloaf about 20 minutes before removing from oven.

     

    Olive Garden Chicken Marsala

    Ingredients:
    4 Chicken half-breasts -- pound 1/4" thick -- skinned & Deboned
    1/4 cup Wondra flour
    1/2 teaspoon Salt
    pepper to taste
    1/2 teaspoon Oregano
    4 tablespoons Oil
    4 tablespoons Butter/margarine
    1 cup Fresh mushroons -- sliced
    1/2 cup Marsala wine

    Directions:

    Combine flour, salt, pepper and oregano and blend well. Heat the oil and butter in a skillet until bubbling lightly. Dredge the chicken in the flour and shake off the excess. Cook the chicken on medium heat for about 2 minutes on the first side, until lightly brown. As you turn the breasts to the second side to cook, add the mushrooms around the chicken pieces. Cook about 2 more minutes, until lightly browned on the second side. Stir the mushrooms. When the second side is lightly browned, add the wine around the pieces, cover the pan and simmer for about 10 minutes.

    Copycat Olive Garden Chicken Marsala

     

    4 Chicken half breasts - boneless, skinless
    1/4 C. cake flour (Wondra)
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    1/2 tsp. Oregano
    4 Tbsp. Oil
    4 Tbsp. Butter
    1/2 tsp. Pepper
    1 C. Fresh Mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 C. Marsala Wine

     

    Preparation:
    Combine flour, salt, pepper, and oregano in a shallow dish.  Heat the oil and butter in a skillet until it begins to bubble lightly. Dredge the chicken in the flour, coat evenly. Cook the chicken on medium heat for about 2 minutes on the first side, until lightly brown. As you flip the breasts to the second side, add the mushrooms around the chicken pieces. Cook about 2 more minutes, until lightly browned on the second side. Stir the mushrooms. Once the second side is lightly browned, add the wine around the pieces, cover the pan and simmer for about 10 minutes.  Transfer to plates and serve.
