Refilling Salt and Pepper Shakers

    Some shakers do not have a removable top and you have to fill them from the bottom.  To prevent the loss of salt and pepper while the shakers are upside down, I use a piece of shipping tape over the holes.  Easy to remove and no mess when finished.

     good idea....I use the palm of my hand....but tape regular scotch tape would do too....
