    The California Supreme Court has overturned a gay marriage ban in a ruling that would make the nation's largest state the second one to allow gay and lesbian weddings. California Supreme Court strikes down the state's ban on same-sex marriage as unconstitutional.

    The justices' 4-3 decision Thursday says domestic partnerships are not a good enough substitute for marriage.

    da love life b good until dis bit a news & just as da conts says it probably ruin my wedding plans. i's ascared now, very ascared lol

    Scott Peterson is on death row in San Quentin for killing his pregnant wife Lacey and unborn son, Connor.  His girlfriend had a high profile female attorney and the woman in the picture looks like her.

    Even if it is, I don't see any relevance. If you were just making an observation, I'm sorry. But I hope you're not equating what some sick wife/baby murder did to overturning a hateful and bigoted ban.

    Not at all.  I'm happy they overturned it.  I just think that attorney is always involved in these high profile cases and was wondering what her name is.
