CHICKEN BOMBAY
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
Flour
1/2 cup cooking sherry
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp ginger
Fluffy white rice
Preheat oven to 375. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper on chicken, dredge in flour and brown on all sides in skillet. Place in sprayed 9x13-inch baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients, except rice, and pour over chicken. Cover and bake for 30-45 minutes. Serve over rice.

GREEN BEAN BAKE
1 (10 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 (10 oz) pkg frozen cut green beans, cooked, drained
1 (3 oz) french-fried onions
Preheat oven to 350. Combine soup, milk, soy sauce and beans. Bake for 25 minutes. Top with onions and bake for 5 minutes.
Serves 4-6
SPEEDY BREADSTICKS
1 (10 count) can biscuits
2 egg whites, slightly beaten
Garlic salt
Preheat oven to 400. Roll each biscuit into pencil shapes on cookie sheet. Brush with egg whites. Sprinkle with garlic salt and bake until brown.
