    Any updates on that elderly Ohio couple that was missing???

    Willard Frye, 76, and Patty Frye, 72, Crown City , Ohio

    Their car was found  a couple weeks ago....Any more word on what happened to them????

    UPDATE WEDNESDAY:
    DUNLOW, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- West Virginia State Police believe they've recovered the bodies of a missing couple from southeast Ohio.

    According to a news release, troopers found the bodies near Willard and Patty Frye's car. It was parked in a wooded area near Dunlow, West Virginia, and was found Tuesday morning.

    Emergency crews started searching the area around the car Wednesday morning.

    State Police say that although the bodies are believed to be the Fryes, they have not been positively identified.

    The news release states that there are no obvious signs of foul play, but troopers are continuing to investigate the incident

    Yes, they were identified as the couple.

     

    They must have run off the road into the woods. I'm not certain about where this place is. I have been up and down that road many times.

    It didnt sound like there was  a road leading to where they were, so, I am thinking they just went maybe down an embankment , into the woods.

    Very sad.

    Thanks for the update...when you Google it, only the old information shows up...

    A sad story all around...At least they are at peace together....and the family can rest now...

    yes, i know the family searched and searched for them. And they weren't that far.

    I haven't heard the exact causes of death. I know one was diabetic. I think Mrs. Frye was.
