Talked to the children and friends.  Too much too soon.  They are miserable.  Thank goodness we get a gradual warm up to acclimate!  Hope you are well dear friend.

OK, you must be in the banana belt of the PNW.  It's only 80° here right now.  Supposed to be in the low 90s later.

Just checked your local weather AKF and it reads at 81°.

    Just say NO to B.O.

Oh brother 4boys.  Must you always be right?  No offense but you do have a way of making people feel wrong.  Must be nice to have perfection.  My friend just called and it is in the 90's in that area.

Lets face it ladies..It is too hot no matter where your thermometer is pointed. Ours says it is 101°. I am sure if we head to town it will read differently. Each weather station reports as they see it near their area.

Do not believe it is a pick on AKF day, however. Really, Tootie.. Stretching there.

Now, someone turn off the bloomin heat... LOL

Well it's HOT here.  We're showing 91º in the shade and as a general estimate we add 10º when we head down the hill.

The good news is we have a gradual cooling coming by mid week....it can't come fast enough for me.

DH and I went to a Home and Garden show this weekend & left around 10:00 AM thinking it wouldn't be that hot....fooled us, it was hot by 11:30, I was glowing and said...let's leave! LOL

Not sure what our high was but it is 8:45 pm and still 79 degrees. I find that our temps are usually higher than what the news reports. The actual weather station is in a neighbouring town and sheltered a bit from the sun by some hills. So on average you can add 5 to 10 degrees to get the accurate temp. I felt bad for my son and his high school band as they marched in the Spokan Lilac Festival Parade last night and it was in the upper 80's the whole time. They wear wool uniforms!!
