IRISH-ITALIAN SPAGHETTI
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tbsp oil
1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp hot sauce
1 (10 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 oz) can tomato soup
1 (8 oz) pkg spaghetti
Parmesan cheese
Brown onion in oil. Add meat with seasonings. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in soups. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water. Drain and add to sauce. Mix well. Top with parmesan cheese.

YUMMY CABBAGE SALAD
1 medium cabbage, finely chopped
2 red apples, cored, chopped
5 tbsp sugar
1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple with juice
6 marshmallows, cut into small pieces
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 tbsp vinegar
Lettuce
Place cabbage and apples in mixing bowl. Add sugar, pineapple and marshmallows. Let stand for 30 minutes. Just before serving, add nuts and vinegar and mix gently. Serve on crisp piece of lettuce.
