Hi, my name is Marcie and I'm new to this whole group thing, but this looked like an interesting one to join.

A little about me: 38 years old, single mother of 2 - a 17 yr old girl & a 15 yr old boy, live in the general vicinity of Silicon Valley in California. I'm also the 'mom' of an adorable male Corgi (dog). I've been divorced for 14 years. I love to cook, although I'm currently working 2 jobs, so my daughter is doing most of the cooking these days... but I still read my TOH from cover to cover whenever it comes .

Feel free to ask me any questions that you'd like... I know how to ignore them if I don't want to answer them , but I'm a pretty open and honest person.

I look forward to making some new friends here... and getting some great new recipes, too!
