    Grilled Stuffed Meat Loaf

A twist on traditional meat loaf, this meat loaf lets you get out of the kitchento enjoy the summer sun. “My husband loves this dish served with grilled corn on the cob.”

Can this be cooked in the oven instead of on the grill. If so how long and at what temperature

Yes, it can be cooked inthe oven. About 1 hour at 350 degrees. You can also add a little chopped celery to the mushroom onion mixture.

My husband and daughter do not really care for mushrooms, but the love this recipe! My husband made the comment that this was one of the best meatloaves he has ever had! It was really fun to make!

This was delicious. So moist and tasty. I even made it with chicken instead of beef. Very good. I make it in the oven. My family loves it.
