I got this recipe off the back of a Kraft mayonnaise jar.It was supposed to be made into pita bread halves.We don't like pita that much sio I changed it into a wrap.It will probably serve 4 people.
1 (8 oz.) chicken breast,roasted and chopped
1/2 of a medium apple(Golden delicious),chopped
2 Tbsp. chopped celery
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. apricot preserves ( I used 2)
2 Tbsp. chopped red onion (My addition)
1 avocado,chopped ( my addition)
2 cups shredded lettuce ( my addition)
4-10" flour tortillas
Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl except for the avocado,lettuce and tortillas.Cover and chill for 1-2 hrs.When ready to serve,chop the avocado and gently fold in.Lay a tortilla on a plate and put 1/2 cup lettuce down the middle but not all the way to one end.Spoon 4-5 Tbs. of the salad mixture over the lettuce.Fold the end of the tortilla up that doesn't have lettuce on it then fold over each side (like a burrito) Enjoy Depo!!!
