""""""""What's up 2MagTrees???"""""""""" When I asked "What's up" at work one day a SWEET co-worker of mine said in reply "The Risen Lord". That was a good one.
Nothing up with me. Just a little touchy with some people here. I've had some VERY relaxing (Vegging actually) days. Quiet, calm and lazy around here. I haven't been out of the house for 2 days which is nice.
I should find out about "my bill" either Monday or Tuesday. It will be 10 days then that the Governor hasn't signed it so it should automatically become law without his signature.
I'm anxiously awaiting to see if Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman will have a boy or a girl. She should have their baby next week. His concerts have a break between the 6th and the 19th I think. SHA, a little Urban. Hope "He-I think it's a boy" gets his dad's musical talent.
I have read about 25-30 books since school let out, watched tons of TV, been on here a lot, cut the grass a couple of times, walked on the treadmill a little , swam at the therapy pool a couple of times and basically done the housework in between all of that. I LOVE my Summertime off of work. LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Only thing is with it being SOOOOOOOOOOO hot & humid here I don't get outside too much. I have had to water my trees quite a bit (5 survived out of the 10 I got from the Arbor Day Foundation).
So that's my exciting life. Oldest son still works at Wal-Mart (Nights, cleaning the parking lot). He hates it. I should say he hates working nights. I hated working nights too when I worked at the nursing home. He has put in applications EVERYwhere around here where there are help wanted signs but nobody calls back. We're looking for a used car for our son so when I go back to work ( August 13th) I can have my car back all to myself. He's got a pretty good amount to put as a down payment so his payments shouldn't be too high at all.
So that's my quiet, calm little life here. Hubby leaves a week from now FOR A MONTH to work 3 1/2 hours away. He'll come home on the weekends. Now that will "shake things up a bit". But it will be OK.
So just thought I'd offer to open up the bar.
