*^*Does anyone live near Bremerton,WA??*^*

My nephew has just pulled in on a ship & will be looking for an apartment. Can anyone out there help with any ideas??? Thanks..............

      This is a beautiful area up there.  My brother works at Bremerton and we go up and visit now and then.  I was just curious,  how come he doesn't want to live on the base,  or is there no room?

        Hope he is able to find place and get settled.  How long will he be up there ?

    P.S.  Tell him to post an AD on Craigs List for that area.  It's free.  My DS rented out his Condo like that here in Calif two weeks ago and got about 25 replies.

Barb for your reply. There is no room on the ship. All Sailors are to get their own pads. I'm thinking he has maybe 4 others to go in on it..I believe they are looking for a house now instead... I'll mention Craigs list to him...Do you know how expensive it is there?

Apts. are expensive in the Seattle area. I live in the next co. north so hear about the high rentals all the time. Craig's list is a good place to start and there are also free booklets in a lot of the grocery stores that are strictly rental ads. He'll proberably get extra $$ for having to live off base won't he?
