I just got done BBQ'ing cheeseburgers with Jack Daniels BBQ sauce and I used the Kingsford new Hickory Smoke charcoal. It smells great,tastes pretty darn good but it sure does smoke! The entire time of cooking the burgers it smoked. Get this-Vegan-boy stuck his head out of his bedroom window and even said "man,that smells good! I think I'll have a burger when they are done"! He's  eating it right now! This is good and I hope he eats more than 2 bites or Im seriously thinking of getting him Hyptonized to like meat!!!! I figure if they can hypnotize people to lose weight,quit smoking,etc... why not! LOL

Linda,  Love that fishing......we have so many floods here fishing won't be worth a darn for a couple of years....and I wouldn't eat the fish, even then.  I guess we'll have to be heading up Paulette's way.

We have to have Mia at the Vet in the morning at 8:00.....I really wish we weren't doing this....oh well, I'm sure it will be fine.

Faith,  We are both doing good tonight......you like the hot tub, huh?  My Sister has one and they use it all the time.  It makes me mad when they take my show off and put something in its place, too.  Have a good night.

Hi Diane!-Yes, I heard from the Docs Office. They said my blood and ultra sound tests came back normal! I still hurt and the Doctor prescribed me Prilosec(which I need to pick up tomorrow) and she will be on vacation until July 14th. If I still feel the pain when she gets back,Im suppose to call them! It has me a little irked to say the least. Its not acid reflux nor heartburn and thats what prilosec is for. Hopefully they will test me with something better than an ultra sound. Even the Lab Technician said that an ultra sound is the most inexpensive way to check for these things. Dont know why they went the cheap route. I do have Insurance now and for what DH is paying monthly for it,they could do the more expensive testing.

We actually got the rest of the day in without rain!  YAY!!!!!  I got a good part of my cooking and baking done.  Even managed to get my cookbook bought for the swap.  Had some company too.

Greetings friends! Been a busy day--off to church at 8 am then home for  awhile and then went and had lunch with our neighbors that are moving.  Sad to see them leave, but they will be closer to their families and that is great for all.

Today is hot and "smokey" I think that is going to be that way all week.  Oh Joy!

Jackie~~Your "burgers and smores" sound great.  Think I'll stop by for a bite...Yeah for Vegan Boy!  Miracles do happen!!
