Good morning, CS.
Hey, ZORA, I see you are keeping ROSIE inundated with cups of coffee. And, that's good, 'cause my hand hurts from getting slapped. I am thinking your chicory coffee could be too strong for me. I get a little high from the stong stuff. When we catch salmon, we do filets, or steaks and freeze both. Russell has even frozen a smoked salmon for later use. We wrap the fish in saran and use a Food Saver bag. That way it does not get freezer burn. Bradley will be glad for the special day, today, he wanted ice cream and strawberries on his pancakes.
JP, farmers haying here, too, and glad it is dry for a couple of days. When we were up north we got to see the Amish and their horses pulling the hay rake and loader. I talk to HAUKE on the BB a lot and she lives in Edmonton.
MARGARET E, glad your picnic-y weekend was an enjoyable one. If people picnic in parks here, there are usually tables there for their use. We just have a long table on our patio, nothing fancy. Housework here means "dancing" with my Hoover.
ROSIE, where, oh, where do the kids put all that food? The children's menu is no longer needed at the restaurant or at home. DD gave me a Scrapbooks Plus program, now I just have to learn how to use it.
Well, here comes CILLA tip-toeing in with her flip flops. Nice to get something in the crab traps and then eat them right away. A quick storm like that can be refreshing. Well, not with white caps and you're on the bay in your boat.
I am here while Bradley is doing his morning routine. He did his reading and now he is practicing his drum patterns. Next he will help Russell with a project in the workshop.
Hugs and prayers for all CS.
Nancy Z.
