Bdett ~ thank you for letting me know where your live ~ I was wondering and with BeeJ gone I couldn’t pull her chain to ask….we went to near your area for DGS’s baseball tournament and WOW….I’ve never experienced humidity like that. We were happy saying its 10 degrees cooler there and couldn’t wait! It was a shock to us! LOL

 

 I promise I left there looking like a chew toy and found out ~ you may as well throw your make up in your bra when you wake up because it’s going there anyway! LOL

 

Jackie ~ so good to “see” you….I thought about sending out the lost and found hound to find you….I wondered if *grounded for life* had you tied up and in the closet! *grin* Did you get your Amish bread made? More energy than I have ~ I can tell you that!

Did not get the chance to check in yesterday. I need to go back and read yesterday's post to get updated. DH and DS had both computers tied up yesterday so that left me out.

Will be going to Wally World shortly. Need to get a few ingredients for the next batch of Amish Bread and a few other things. Did not go over the weekend to avoid the first of the month and the 4th of July crowds.

Good morning Rosa. We are finally getting some hot weather. I'll probably regret saying I was sick of the rainy, cool days. LOL. I would love to bake some bread but hate to turn on the oven now. I should have done it last week but just didn't feel like it.  Maybe I'll get out the ole bread machine. Have fun at Wally World. I need to go aso.

Up and getting around slow.. Got to call the Vet as my little guy is miserable and broke out bad with all his skin problems..This has been a on-going issue now for a long time.. Now nothing dont seem to be helping....hope the vet has a "positive" answer.....

Yes Linda its hotter than the dickens here in my neck of the woods.. Humidity about does you in... There saying 98 again today..plus the humidity.. I gave up on make-up long time ago and if you have perfume or lotion on around your neck it turns to glue..usually skip that too. LOL  I always say I can save money in the summer cause I hate getting out in the heat... As for me   HURRY FALL.....

Good morning all. Well it is quite the gloomy day here today...raining to boot. We need some rain where I live our grass is getting dried out....not the pretty green it was earlier this year. I know some parts of Iowa don`t need the rain....they need a chance to dry out good and recouporate from all the flooding.

 

I was up early today....6:00...couldn`t sleep?  I`ll call the doctor back today and see what he says.

I have a few errands to run today sometime and then I think it will be tacos for supper tonight.

 

I need coffee and to do my hair.....I`ll be back in a bit!

Back already Linda? I know what you mean about kids wearing a person out. One of my GN...he loves to stay night at "Aunt Sherri`s" (he`s 5) and he just about does me in by the end of it. I`m so exhausted by the time he leaves and so is my son.....But he is so much fun to have around.

Sharon, Linda. I know what you mean also about GK. We watch two of ours ages 7 and 5. They are both plugged into  220 and think we should be too. LOL They have more energy than the energizer bunny. After two hours, I feed them and that gives us a rest!

Good morning Linda and friends. I just woke up with the phone ringing as it was Samantha saying that her sister works at 3 today and that she better not phone in sick or she won't have a job. She phone did sick saturday and yesterday and her dad was telling her that they just might fire her for this. He is pretty stern with her  and says that she has to grow some intestinal fortitude..

Well I beter go and have my coffee and shower as we are heading into town to make an appoitment for getting the sunbird painted. The sun is out so it will be hot.

Bailey I like what you said about your GK being plugged into 220 and have so much energy.

 LOL @ you two…..DGS spent the night last night and the fact we didn’t go to bed on time didn’t alter his get out of bed time ~ 220 with a built in electric shock in case he needs it!
