I found Healthy Cooking after my husband's doctor told him he needed to reduce the fat, cholesterol, and sodium in his diet. We've tried a number of the recipes in the July issue, and our teenagers as well as my husband and me are amazed that low fat can taste so good. The Garlic Chicken Spaghetti is a favorite -- thanks so much for "making it over". It seems like every recipe is one we want to try -- and everything we try, we like!
