I'm eating my first tomato sandwich of the season (DH picked 3 ripe tomatoes from our back yard garden tonight) - white Sunbeam bread, Blue Plate Mayo, sliced tomato with just a little salt and pepper. This is one of those sandwiches that you really need to eat over the kitchen sink but I just had to share it with y'all.
I think I just dripped juice all over my keyboard! It's so good! I hope this is just the first of many tomato sandwiches I'll be eating in the weeks to come.
