Attn: Tuesday "Night Owls".....

Hi Kim!  Beth had her husband call this afternoon.  They were just north of Jackson, Mississippi and were going to find a room just south of Memphis and will call me tomorrow morning and we will meet.  So she's about an 1 and 1/2 hours away from me.  I'll be glad to meet her!  and her husband sounds like he is  a hoot also!  I had a busy day today I went and paid all the bills I had and bought groceries, went to the bank, washed the car, went to the drug store at Wal-Mart and then went to another Wal-Mart!  So I made two Wal-Marts in one day!  Also I cleaned the den!  I usually don't do that much in a week!!! lol!!!And it is soooo steamy hot here.

My oh my.....it was hot here today!  The temp. today was in the mid 90s.....but tomorrow is supposed to be even warmer......high 90s and lots of humidity!  I'll be stuck in a hot kitchen for 11 hours.....sounds lovely!!!  

I hope that things went well for Bonnie and Gary today.  We haven't heard anything from Beth yet.  

I guess I'll watch House Hunters for a while and check back to see if anyone visits.

 Hey Paula!  You certainly had a busy day....that's a couple weeks worth of work for me!!!  LOL!! Where will you and Beth be meeting tomorrow??  I can't wait to hear all about it.  

I guess it depends on what time she gets here.  Probably some place close to the freeway but if it's close to lunch i'll have her follow me home and I have a b-b-que planned for her!  I bought this b-b-que bef and pork, coles slaw and baked beans....chocolate pie and coconut pie...I didn't know what she like so I got some of all of it!  It got to 97 today!

 I had a good day today, heard from Chris, he was resting, I had to go to the Heart Dr. today, to say good by and to see if he wanted to do me a referal in Fort Smith, he said let the pri, Dr. I visit choose one he uses and is comfortable with,  sounds alright to me, I have done no Cooking here and don't think I will do any tomorrow, I have another Dr. visit, this time the Diabetes Dr.  time to leave a donation, then after that I think the daughter{lynn} and I are going just looking , I haven't heard from Bonnie and Gary today either,, Hope all went well  More later , Lorraine

oh and I only live 3 miles from the freeway.  When I talked to them they said they were pretty tired or I would have suggested they come on and spend the night with us.  But we were about 6 hours away at that time.  I had cleaned upstairs you know dusted and clean sheets so if they got here late in the evening they could spend the night.  We have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathes and with only two people here it's not like we don't have room !    Just need a quick airing out!  But anyway it would have saved them at least one night's stay in a hotel.

Hello Lorraine so glad to hear you are moving closer to Chris.  I'm sure this will make you feel better.  I pray for his recovery.

Paula - what a wonderful day you have planned for Beth and Christy!  And how nice of you to open your home to them.  Did you make the bbq beef?  I've only made it once......it's a job!

Hi all, I'm borrowing the computer from the man who lives below me. I've been a busy girl the last 4 days. On Saturday, My Aunt was in town because her youngest Son was playing Soccer so we went watched his game and went shopping for a bit (my sis, mom, aunt, and I) Sunday we went to IHOP for breakfast, Aunt's treat, the went shopping all day, I found a cute shirt for 10 dollars. then we went and watched the end of our cousin's final game. The lost and got the silver medal in the tournament. Yesterday I went shopping on my own and got a proper fitting bra needless to say most of my shirts are to tight now, I have a huge bust line when fitted properly lol. I also got a new computer game to play, still waiting on the CD that will give my modem and sound drivers back so I can hear my game's sound and sign online again. So it's silent computer games for now. Today I went to the lake for the day with my sister and some of her friends. The water felt sooooo good but I nearly drowned because my arm muscles stopped working in a deep spot and I couldn't get to a shallow spot without help, my sis's friend just walks up and floats me to a shallow spot as it wasn't over her head. I'm all sunburned my nose is reder then the rest of me and yes Beth I wore sunscreen, forgot to do my face though. I think it must have been in the 90's today we are sooooo not used to heat like that.

Kim I will be moving on the 26th of July, I already have some things down there, So time is moving right along, I will talk to you girls on" Wednesday night owls," when church is over good night and have a Blessed day, Paula say hello to Beth and her hubby, enjoy them with a good time, have to be at the dr.s office at 8 in the A,m,

I just got this computer finally to let me on the internet.  We are in Bateville, Miss. tonite and going to Paula's tomorrow.  Am very anxious to meet her!!  I don't have muct more time before going to bed so won't be on here very long.
