    Strawberry Kiwi-tini   

    Strawberry Kiwi-tini 
     
    Makes: 2 qt. or 8 servings, 1 cup each
     
    1 tub CRYSTAL LIGHT Strawberry Kiwi Flavor Low Calorie Soft Drink Mix
    6 cups  water
    3 cups frozen strawberries, divided
    1 cup  cold diet ginger ale, divided
     

    EMPTY contents of drink mix tub into large plastic or glass pitcher. Add water; stir until drink mix is dissolved.

     

    PLACE 3 cups of the prepared drink mix, 1-1/2 cups of the strawberries and 1/2 cup of the ginger ale in blender; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth. Pour evenly into four glasses. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

     

    SERVE immediately.

    I almost posted this too from the kraft site, it looks so refreshing and great calorie count. I still had it up on my screen so hope you don't mind if I add their notes too. Thank-you!!

    Garnish each filled glass with a strawberry and peeled kiwi slice.
    Variation
    For an alcoholic version, reduce water to 5-1/2 cups and add 1/2 cup vodka or rum when preparing the drink mix.

    jilliebean--I do not have a problem at all with the additions. We all help one another. Sure beats the back biting that takes place on occasion.

    I'm surprised this didn't catch a few peoples attention! I'm glad you didn't mind me adding to it. Sheesh, didn't realize the nutritional information spread out like that.
