These pancakes are ridiculously easy because you use the Gluten Free Master Baking Mix I created several months ago. If you have not tried this wonderful, really versatile mix you need too! It will save you a lot of time and you can use it "cup for cup" in the place of any recipe calling for "bisquick!" It makes fabulous biscuits, pancakes, donuts, muffins, cake, etc...
