Hi Patty, it's terribly HOT AND HUMID here, dewpoints are in the upper 60's and that's no fun at all.  I've only been out to the garage once today, and that was enough for me.  I almost dripped, the little amount of time I was out there and the garage is open too.

We had planned to go to Picnic Pops again tonight, but the chances of t/storms are just too great, so we and our friends are going out for pizza, then will play some cards after that.  I can't rush, with my knee anymore, it's good, but rushing just isn't in the books.  If it rains, EVERYONE will be pushing and shoving for the entrance, and it's just not worth it for any of us.  We'll be missing next week too since we'll be gone, but will be having fun anyway........your stuffing sounds good, will have to make some soon for us....Gram  Smile

…….Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name; you are mine.

Howdy & Happy Friday, Patty & Everybody! Smile

It's a horribly humid afternoon here in ChicagoLand today.  I thought I was going to completely wilt when I was loading and unloading my groceries earlier.  Yikes. Indifferent

Anyhoo...for Din Din this evening, Bob has his choice between HotDogs or Hamburgers.  Of course, he can also choose to go somewhere and get carryout if he doesn't like the two options I have available. Wink

Sure hope everyone has a Wonderful Weekend!

See Y'all on the 15th...Until then, Have Happy Days!

Hi Gram, I'm sorry you can't go to the concert tonight, but glad you are going out anyway, sounds like a fun weekend.  DH & I will be working on a jigsaw puzzle. It has been a while & they help me & DH to relax.

I haven't done a jigsaw in a long time, and I suspect my cats would interfere.  On second thought, I know they would!

For dinner we're going to have potstickers and a vegetable stir-fry.

I'm thinking we will have hamburgers and fries (homemade). I plan to stop by Kroger on my way home so the plan could change if I see something there I'd like better. I think I iwll pick up some onion rolls for the burgers for something different. Have a nice evening.

Lady Fingers, never had potstickers, but I bet they are good. You would think we would have had them since our David is from Taiwan.  Our cats surprisingly don't bother the puzzle ecept once in a while Pete will try to knock some off of the table that are on the edge.

Hi Chef, glad your temps are better.  Sounds like burgers rule tonight!

AKF, yum, pizza, enjoy your fresh salad. Would have loved to have seen the King!    Big Smile

marasmom, the onion rolls sound delicious with the burgers.

Patty, my mom had a kosher cookbook of international food.  In the section about pasta and noodles it talked about stuffed pasta, and said, if you make them triangular and cook them in broth, they're Jewish and called kneidlach, if you make them square and top them with tomato sauce, they're called ravioli, and if you make them semi-circular and dip them in soy sauce, they're called potstickers.  But whichever way you serve them, they're always tasty!
