    I am looking for a recipe for a cake called CALIX ( this is a french cake )  If anyone can help I would be most pleasedCool

    Do you know anything more about this cake?  Is Calix an ingredient, or the name of the chef who makes it?  What ingredients are in it?

    It is either French or Belgium origin.......and is the most incredible cake I have ever eaten....usually purchased in a pastry shop ( Quebec )  and only for an important event ....it is rather pricey...I was just hoping someone out there might have it sitting in a recipe box !!!!
