A bag of this is fantastic! It cooks in 10 mintues, and I can imagine all sorts of things to do with this. I served it as a grain side dish alongside a grilled sausage and some steamed broccoli for dinner, but then we liked it so much I made up the rest of the bag and will make a sort of pasta salad out of it.
We love this! It is so interesting tasting, and has a great chew, and it is perfect as a bed for things with sauce (instead of rice), or as the pasta in a pasta salad.
