Good Morning...

The sun is trying to come out after rain most the night.  Looks pretty out there and lower humidity is coming later today.

Coffee, tea and juice are out.  I'm ready to hop on the treadmill..........BBL 

Good morning everyone!  No paper yet.  Got supper in the crock pot, fed the birds, made more food, got ready for work and now I'm here.  Good that makes 5.  I'm trying to start a routine myself.  LOL.  But nothing that requires a lot of work.

Hi, CJ.  It rained here overnight too but not evening enough to registar in the rain guage.  It is overcast so hopefully we will get more rain.  Love your avitar picture.

The bad part of the little rain that we had is that the humidity right now feels like 100%.  I had a top on that I was going to wear to work but had to take it off.  It is a silky material and must not breathe because I thought I was going to roast and knowing that we don't have a/c at work I wouldn't be able to stand it.  So guess I will wear my old breathable cotton shirt.

Happy, Happy Birthday, ATV.  Hope you have a wonderful day.  And if nothing is planned why don't you get on your atv and come on over.  I'll get DS's and we will go riding.  We will blaze our own trails after we run out of forest roads.

Good morning CJ and Grannies to come.  Well they let me get on the board this morning. Don't know if there was a problem here or with my puter last night. Sat here for over an hour, cleaning out my files, and trying to get on. No luck getting here.

Today is Quilting day. Need to take a shower and dress soon. Won't leave till nine thirty. Going to Danville Illinois and they are an hour behind us in time. Makes it nice when you need to be there.

CJ---I see you there on the treadmill. Just walking and thinking--COFFEE!
Thanks for the coffee. I'll add cranberry muffins to the buffet, oh yes and I have cream cheese to go with them.  Should taste real good.

Got to go and get ready to travel.   BB this afternoon.

Not much on my adjenda for the day - usual stuff, work, and catch up stuff.  I've been spending quite a bit of time working on Thrivent projects - - It has been faily calm this year, and now our projects  seem to be coming all at the same time. 

Sun is shining, but the temps are suppost to be lower so maybe the air can have a little rest. I haven't shut if off yet though - - just  thinking about it. 

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ATV !  Hope your day is special for you. Try to make some time for yourself today.   Careful blowing out the candles ! 

Happy birthday ATV, have a Sonny and blessed day.  I've done five and then some already.  Trash and recycling day-should've done it last night, but it's at the curb and the dishwasher is going.  I've got coffee if anyone wants some.  #1 picked up a summer cold and is probably going to sleep in.  I hope he feels better later.   All of the sewer and water chaos starts this week, so he is going to be helping me this afternoon with stuff.  I've got a sunscreening clinic to go to, then Curves, and tutoring.  Today is my really long day.   Thanks for keeping Tim's family in your prayers, their little boy passed 1  1/2 years ago and then the dad did this weekend.  She (the Mom)  has the most incredible faith, but this is unreal.  Please keep them in your thoughts, the funeral is on Thursday.  Have a blessed day-you're a wonderful bunch!

Another dry, hot day in Texas but maybe some rain tomorrow?

A Sonny good morning to everyone.  It is sunny too!  DH wants to go to breakfast so that's the plans for the early part of the day. We'll probably pick up a few groceries while we're out too.

ATV  HAPPY BIRTHDAY AND MAY IT BE THE VERY BEST FIRST DAY OF THIS YEAR OF YOUR LIFE!!  FAMILY AND FRIENDS WILL PROBABLY HELP YOU CELEBRATE.

CJ  How long do you stay on the treadmill? do you try go so far on it too?

JUSTME  I just read that you don't have a/c at work.  That's really unusual, at least in our area.  I think all our businesses have a/c.  Stay cool!!

LAURIET  Prayers for Tim's family.  I can't imagine what his wife must be going through but I'm pleased that she as a wonderful faith!

Heading to the treadmill and then out for a cup of coffee with a friend.  Later today our church is helping with a Big Brothers/Big Sisters picnic at a local park.  Should be fun.

Stylist, we have a/c at work but it isn't working right now.  Yesterday was awful.  Some people have offices with windows which didn't help because it was so hot out.  But I'm in a cube and there are 10 cubes and no windows.  It was HOT.  Hope it is fixed but I know it won't be because the guy wasn't there yet when I left last night.

It's getting darker out.  Hope it rains.

No paper yet, so I'm not going to be in a happy mood for work.  Grrrrr!

I've been sitting here going through old files and deleting some, looking at pictures.  Sent one to CJ, hope she gets it and likes it, maybe she will pass it on.

Sounds like it might be raining.  Yep, raining and foggy as all get out too.  I'd better get a move on.  TTYAL.

Good Morning Grannies!

I''ll have a cup of coffee & a cranberry muffin.............then I need to  REALLY start the day!  Lauriet is really busy............I'm just not with it yet!! 

Suzi: Roxie registered for GN but could not post.........maybe she had the same problem as you. She is discouraged!!!  Some how she got many e-mails from grannies (?????)  which makes no sense to me................I;ll keep trying to help..........hard long-distance & all!   Just watch for roxie 44................she is on her way somewhere..............

Twin babies down on the next street behind us cried 3x's in the night, waking me & Zues; some of the DIS-advantages of park living!   sigh!   Lawn is terrible...even Zues tip-toes thru to do his duty! lol

National Hot Dog Month is almost over & I haven't even given some trivia!!!

450 hot dogs are eaten every second of the day in the United States!!

O'Hare International Airport sells more than 2 million hot dogs a year! 

Babe Ruth once ate 12 hot dogs & drank 8 bottles of soda between games of a double-header.

The average hot dog is comsumed in 6.1 bites. (average sized mouth tested)   lol
