Good morning, the coffee is freshly brewed and ready to be poured. I have muffins and bagels and fresh fruit too. Come on over, I'll put a few extra chairs on the deck and we'll just chat a while before getting started today.

GRAMMY  I bet you've already walked with Leslie!!  Are you getting sunshine?  sure is a nice a.m. here.  We opened the windows and let the brisk air (62º) inside!  We have a pair of cardinals visiting us and the feeder this morning! Yesterday the female hummer reappeared!  Now I'm a happy camper.  LOL

I have a haircut appointment late this a.m. and thinking about going for an early morning walk. Til later, chat away!!

Goodmorning Stylist you sure sound perky this morning. Must be the cool dry air. Sure makes me want to get up and start moving. I was up at 5 and enjoying coffe on the deck waiting for the birds to wake up. First one awake was a dove then I heard a cardinal. Beautiful morning here. Its overcast but the sun will get here later this morning.

I walked with L then had breakfast.  I had Z with onion and then beat an egg to pour over it. Cheese on top is good too but I skipped that. A pc of toast and it was a yuummy breakfast.

A few things to do then get ready to go to the misison.

Good Morning Ladies - And I do agree! It is a good one.  The county fair starts today - That usually means hot and humid and a shower somewhere before it's over.  What a wonderful start.  I don't spend much time there - I will be working at our booth on Sat. afternoon.  I think those that have been around from other years will remember me talking about the cash cube. I've been working on lining up workers for it already, since Thrivent is going to be helping with it this year. I was either on the phone or waiting for calls last night, so couldn't come here.

DD has accepted the new job offer. I hope and pray that it was the right choice for her.  I do have to agree with her decission based on what she has told me.  I think she's a very lucky gal that had both places wanting her.  Where she is now came back with an attractive offer also. Time will tell if it was the better choice.

I just can't believe that July is going so fast - - - was just starting a blink ago, and now we are looking at the end of it!

ALBY, those are some mighty pretty lilies - - I'm sure your yard is very pretty with all of those pretty flowers.

    Have a great day.

Good morning Grannies.  It's to be another beauty today-only 79 and sunny!  Same old same old here today.  In regards to the mess that is going on here, when they dug up the street before, it was just the street work part of it, couldn't do the hook ups then.  I've been postponed 'til Tuesday on my digging, so I can do more selective "sorting" in the stuff from the basement.  I've got 1/2 of  the stuff out already.  I went to water aerobics last night, it really felt good to cool off.  #1 seems to be feeling better today/last night, he's still zzzzzzzzzz right now.  Have a Sonny day and I'll take a refill on coffee.  'Later all!

    Good morning everyone.

This morning I'm off to the dentist to finally finish the tooth. Then will try and get some more weedig done and some dusting. It's a beautiful 60*, no breeze and sunshine this morning. The house is open but not sure for how long, all day I hope. But if it gets too warm it will get closed.

I'ld respond to all of you but never sure how long the site will stay up, so I'll just wish you all a day of sunshine and smiles.

    Good morning, grannies.

Really cool here, a cuddly quilt felt good overnight.

GRAMMY, a good mission day to you. Bird watching here, too.

STYLIST, no sitting outside, today, too chilly. I have a sweater on in the house. Your walk will be invigorating in the cool air.

JANE, I love the county fairs, even better than the State Fair. The WI State Fair is in the city just east of us. Good luck to DD with the new job.

PAT, clothes will have fresh aroma from being outside.

LAURIET, DS should be getting better with sleep and mommy care. You are probably having a busy day, again.

CJAY, what an incentive for a brisk walk-----the coffee scent and eventually, the swing.

KATHIE, nice you can help at the Thrift Store when they need you. I forgot what surgery you are having and the day of the surgery.

Smiles to you, too, MAMMA, even tho' you are headed to the dentist. It will be good that the dental visits are over, now.

Russell is off to the car dealer for a check-up on his van's AC. I am getting some things ready for the lady running the summer craft sale at church. BBL

    Good Morning Grannies ...

A nice 67 degrees here with rain and I hope it stays that way all day. We need the rain desperately and the cool temps are refreshing. Heading out to mail some pkgs at the PO so better remember the umbrella. Glad to hear from LINY last night .... I agree, friends and family are so important ... arn't we lucky to have them!

Mamma ... Hope everything goes OK at the dentist today. Pulling weeds is no fun either so I hope you take a little time today to do something you enjoy. How are Lincoln and Patrick? Have you seen much of them lately?

Jane ... Glad DD made the decision .... I'm sure it was the right one ... nice to know that she is truly a valued employee! I LOVE going to county fairs!

Grammy and Stylsit... Thanks for the breakfast this morning. I'll enjoy the coffee with one of Stylist's blueberry muffins on the deck. Big Smile

Pat ... Don't work too hard today ... my clothes always have to go into the dryer ... no lines here but, oh, how I wish I could hang my sheets out! Smell soooo good.

Cj ... I know what you mean about opening windows in the summer with a nice cool breeze. If the rain stops, I think I will do the same.

Better get a move on. Hope everyone has a nice day!

Nancy............what did you & DD make for the craft sale?

Day surgery next Wed. to remove a "fatty" lump from my back; have had this done 2 other times; no much of a problem!   Wonder if I could get them to remove a fatty roll while they are at it?  :O)

Roxie is probably watching "Good Morning America" & eating some Italian toast (her favorite)...........I'll check in later to see if she got her!!  Boy this waiting is  a pain!!  lol

Dentist............thanks for the reminder...I need to get a cleaning apt.

Good morning. Really kind of nice out there this morning.

Grammy isn't it nice to NOT be one of those working grannies. I love being able to have an extra cup of what ever before starting my day. The doves come a little later in the day here. Your breakfast did sound really good. Are you working at the mission more.

Stylist I'll have one of those bagels. Love chewing them. Nice that it was so nice and cool where you are. Not that cool here yet. The hummers don't like the way I cook but the cardinals sure do and they are so pretty.

Jane have fun at the fair. I don't know where or when our county fair is held. Hope your DD likes her new job. It's always a fun and a scary time. The lilies are Gary's babies. My garden is more of a hodge podge of the plants that I like.

Pat hope you can get that laundry outside. The way they are talking about rain over the next few days it's hard to tell when or if we will get some.

Lauriet it will be so nice when this is all done. Your sewer and water will work just like before only all of the mess will be gone and you will have a clean basement.

Cjayh enjoy that swing this morning. After that long walk you already deserve a break.

Apple I'll take one of those muffins. I'll keep it for later. The chocolate chip kind just don't sound like breakfast food to me but they are so good.

Mamma I hope you finally get that tooth finished. It's been going on for so long. I didn't open the windows here. Hate for everything to get all humid again.

Guess I had better go and my walk done too.

Hope everyone has a good day.

Hi atv! ... Guess this is the season for fairs and craft events. What kinds of things are you selling there?

All the talk of the Grannie meet last night made me wish I could go but ....... work always seems to get in the way. Sad I know you all have such a great time and one of these days I will find a way to meet you in person!

Hello to all!  Hope you all have a nice day today.  The sun is shining here and I'm going to head off to my classroom to start getting ready for the coming year.  (moving furniture around, organizing shelves and books, working on bulletin boards, etc)    Fortunately, it's cool this AM, so I won't have to swelter in the heat at school.

I'll have a quick cup of coffee with you, then head out.  Keep smiling!
