Goodmorning ladies...boy was it ever beautiful here yesterday...it only reached 86...my kind of weather...but I hear by the weekend its going to get back up to the triple digits...

Well I must go and tend to my chores..I hear my little Flash calling me....LOL

Good Morning Ladies!  It's a beautiful day here today. Sunny and we are expecting a high of 79!!!  That's unheard of in late july.  Last year we were in a drought and had triple digit temps.  Not much on my agenda  today which is fine with me.  I am going to do my menu planning today, it is helping a lot in keeping grocery bills down.  The prices are getting crazy.

 morning.  off to do chores,and then figure out what i should be tackling first today.  dont feel like doing much though!!  LOL

Well I am off to shower and then wait to hear from DD...I need to pick up a perscription for her today of some antibiotics....her tooth is pretty bad and has an infection in it..so I need to get her meds out tot her so she can start taking it right away..

Hello everyone!  I have the day off today......working Tues., Thurs. and Sat. this week.  Today is DD's b-day so I made a big pot of pasta sauce, meatballs, sausage and spaghetti.  DD made him a peanut butter ice cream pie! 

I hope you are all enjoying your summer.....it sure is flying by, isn't it?  My cousin's son is leaving for graduate school next week so on Sunday we are planinng a Mexican cuisine get-together.  I'm making chicken/cheese enchilladas, rice and nachos.  Does anyone have any great recipes to share?

I better go back to the kitchen and check on tonight's meal.  I'll check back later.....

And your dinner sounds faniastic...I make a chicken enchilada with a white sauce and green enchilada sauce...boy is it ever good...and I put rice in mine also and mozzerella cheese...oh boy I use to make it this for my son and it was the only way he would eat it....

Well I took DDs anitibiotics to her and she took them right away...and hopefully her tooth will be feeling better soon....
